"dunkle Schokolade" würde auch gehen, aber "Bitterschokolade" wäre meine erste Wahl.

: Mir persönlich gefällt "dunkle Schokolade" besser; wird auch immer häufiger gebraucht, denn "bitter" schmeckt sie ja nun wirklich nicht.

: That sounds like pure "baking chocolate", sometimes also (confusingly to German speakers) known as "bitter chocolate"

: "Haushaltsschokolade" ist doch Kochschokolade - und "Haushaltsmilchschokolade" hat logischerweise Milch drinne, was bei britischer "plain chocolate" nicht der Fall ist.

Ich tendiere auch zu "dunkle Schokolade", da es um die Zutaten eines fertigen Kekses geht.
Ob es sich wirklich um Bitterschokolade oder Zartbitterschokolade handelt wissen wir ja nicht.
