English term or phrase: rise to the occasion
Dear all.
I've read the expression "rise to the occasion" in many contexts. Still I can't find the most suitable Arabic translation for it. I thought of
لا يتهاون في القيام بواجبه
I'm not sure if I got it right.

I kow it differs according to context but It has a certain meaning that I can't yet reach it accurately!

Thanks
