I agree with Noura and TargamaT that it should be left as is, my only addition is that the English spelling should not be in all caps.

If this is the brand that you're referring to (http://bismigroup.com/aboutus.php) then it appears that it is not an acronym. Though their logo is in all caps, whenever they use the name in text only the first letter is capitalized (i.e. "Bismi").

It is a minor point, but is important to indicate that it is a proper name and not an acronym. This also means that it should definitely not be transliterated بي آي اس إم آي. I agree with Noura that that would be too long, and here add that it would also be inaccurate.
