Letter: estate case
Da der erwatrtete Erbschein nur im Inland gilt und damit das **der Antragstellerin zu bezeugende Erbrecht im Verhältnis zur von uns vertretenen Tochter als gesetzlich Alleinerbin bestätigen wird**.
Can anyone clarify this for me: Is it the 'claimant' or the daughter who is confirmed as sole heir? My first thought is the 'claimant' but I can't seem to work out the remainder of that sentence. Any help? TIA

The applicant is the heir, but (judging from your other question) the daughter has a right to a compulsory portion, which the heir must pay to her.
I don't quite understand the relationship of 'damit' and 'nur im Inland gilt', but to do that more context would be needed. The sentence is not well written. But it means that the Erbscheint will confirm 'das der Antragstellerin zu bezeugende Erbrecht als Alleinerbin' - the right of inheritance which it is to be proved that the applicant has

the right of inheritance to be proved to petitioner
According to the certificate of inheritance the daughter is the sole heir. The petitioner is somebody who questions the daughter's right of inheritance and therefore the daughter must prove it to petitioner.
