Explanation:
Could be ¨onset¨or a similar word but ¨TE¨stands here for ¨Tiempo de Enfermedad¨.
All three points relate to anamnesis, not treatment plan, and in any case the length of stay is ever given on admission, but rather at the time of discharge.

neutral  Neil Ashby: I'm not saying it's wrong, but I've never come across "tiempo de estancia" (it's not a hotel), plenty of "tiempo de hospitalización", but not "estancia". Besides, the 'length of stay' would be mentioned with the discharge not admission date.

neutral  Cecilia Gowar: This is related to the illness itself, not the treatment plan, as I explained in my answer

agree  Neil Ashby: "time since onset", just "onset" would work better if it were followed by a date. I think it's "tiempo de evolución" not "enfermedad" but it means the same.

-> Thanks Neil, as you can see from the examples in Sp, "tiempo de enfermedad" is commonly used in medical records. Forms ni En are not exactly the same so I would not know if there is an "official" equivalent.
