El examen palpebral evidenció una ptosis de 5 mm en OI con una mala función del músculo elevador.
La paciente presentaba tortícolis con elevación del mentón.
Ante este hallazgo se realizó la corrección del ptosis OI mediante técnica de flap frontal directo (técnica detallada más abajo).
El procedimiento se llevo a cabo el día 26 de Enero de 2012 sin complicaciones.
El postoperatorio inmediato transcurrió dentro de lo normal.
El último control se realizó el dia 15/05/2013 donde se observó una apertura palpebral de 9 mm en ambos ojos, con un leve popeyelid lateral sin ptosis de pestañas.

Really not sure what the author means by "popeyelid". "Pop-eyelid" and "Popeye-lid" don't yield convincing results. Thoughts?
