I cant find the EC report in question, but what do they mean by "62% de las causas de impago viene representado por la internacionalidad pura y dura del cliente moroso" - that 62% of the time, non-paying clients were from abroad?

Surely not

I can't help but think this is awfully expressed, any ideas?
