agree  Pablo Julián Davis: At first, I thought 'Re-write' was just a witty jab at the source text. Your instinct is right on -- though less an 'omission' than a savvy way to construct the passage. So, your proposed translation is: 'Se va a incidir' > 'An approach will be adopted'
