English term or phrase: These clases are one-on-one.
Hello. How do you say "These classes are one-on-one." in Spanish? What I mean by one-on-one is the class just consists of 1 student and 1 teacher, so 2 people in total. I can think of the following, but I'm not sure if these ways sound good in Spanish.

1. Estas clases son idividuales.
2. Estas clases son uno a uno.
3. Estas clases son de uno a uno.
4. Estas clases son particulares.

I'm really not sure. Thanks for all your help.
