This is in a document written by TF1. It is about the software they run in their internal production departments (and has absolutely nothing to do with sales, so no POS/POP).
9.5.2 Les principaux SI interfacés avec le *PLV*
- Naos: élaboration et suivi des conducteurs (JT, sports, spéciales)
- Le BZN TF1/LCI: création du materiel permettant l'enregistrement de la transmission et la traçabilité au sein du système global
- SATNET: commande de capacité satellite sur le réseau privatif BT
- Système financier de TF1 et LCI à des fins de facturation interne (Pétunia) et externe (Adamau)
I cannot figure out what this stands for in this context. It's not POS/POP, obviously.

A complete guess but if it's already English - acronym finder had this.

However, I feel that they might already be using the English abbreviation to refer to Production Level Video. I'm by no means an expert on the subject, but I think it's related to the DVI technology and is an algorithm for video compression purposes, which would make sense within a TF1 studio. You'll find more information on the web.
