Es geht um einen Aktiensparplan eines großen internationalen Unternehmens mit Sitz in England (Sharesave).
Von einer Wirschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft wurde ein Informationsblatt erstellt, das die steuerlichen Fragen bei der Einführung des Programms in Deutschland anspricht:

"Income tax and employee and employer social security contributions are due at exercise on the spread.
Solidarity surcharge and church tax (if applicable) is also payable on the income tax due.
The employing company is required to withhold income tax, solidarity surcharge, church tax (if applicable) and social security.
Any interest earned on the savings account which exceeds the annual exemption (currently €750) will be subject to income tax, solidarity surcharge and church tax (if applicable).
There is no requirement for the employer to withhold any of these taxes.
A corporate tax deduction is likely to be ***available***."

Voraussichtlich wird ein Abzug für die Zwecke der Körperschaftsteuer verfügbar sein/zur Verfügung stehen/möglich sein/gewährt werden. (Da kommt es dann wohl auf bestimmte Voraussetzungen an.)

Könnte darum gehen, dass Einzahlungen des U. in den Sparplan von der KS befreit sind.
