Explanation:
Si la traducción va a España, yo podría CIF [italiano] explicando la sigla (Código de Identificación Fiscal). En España nadie sabe lo que es una Partita IVA, y mucho menos "Partida" IVA. Las empresas tienen CIF y las personas físicas NIF.

Si la traducción fuera a América Latina, lo he visto también como "número de contribuyente". En Argentina creo que lo llaman "número de IVA".
