disclosure as per ECG (the German e-commerce act)...

I think that 'Impressum' does not need to be translated here as there is no loss in meaning. In English, the phrase 'ECG imprint/ publication' does not sound right.
But I think the meaning of ECG should be added in brackets for the non-German reader, if it has not already been done at an earlier point.
