Explanation:
I like Henry's answer too, but I think that there is a subtlety that it misses, and that is implicit in the context of the original: namely, that the issue is not "child labor" per se (which is not always illegal) but *the abuse* of child labor (or, put differently, the abuse of children through the improper exploitation of their labor).

This said, a Happy Labor Day to all....
