I'm quite sure I'm doing a back translation. Here's the Spanish. Can anyone GUESS what the English might be?

"... Y reconozco que al firmar este documento yo estoy de acuerdo de que cualquier cuenta(s) que existen con XXX Bank a mi nombre, tiene la autorizacion para cerrar la cuenta y si algun balance queda que sea transferido a mi nueva cuenta de XXX mencionada arriba. Concuerdo en ser *salta* por los terminos de cuenta y condiciones...."

Explanation:
Concuerdo en ser *salta* por los terminos = I agree to be "bound" by the terms

Only because it sounds logical, not because of the word, which means nothing here.

It is obviously a back translation, and I would explain that to the client and also note that this particular word here makes no sense at all. There is nothing valid about a back translation and the client needs to know that.

I myself will not even do a back translation unless this is fully understood, and even then with many conditions.
