Source text - French ARTICLE 08 : DOCUMENTS D’EXPEDITION
A l’expédition des matériels, le fournisseur remettra au client et au centre de transit Principal des approvisionnements militaires d’Alger / Algérie, les documents énumérés ci-après :
- Un jeu de factures commerciales (deux (02) factures originales et sept (07) copies) ;
- La liste de colisage en deux (02) exemplaires ;
- Le connaissement (un original et une copie);
- Certificat d’origine ;
- Certificat de qualité.
ARTICLE 09 : EMBALLAGE ET MARQUAGE
Les fournitures doivent être livrées au client en parfait état d’utilisation. Le fournisseur s’engage à expédier les dites fournitures dans des containers et avec un emballage approprié et sécurisé pour le transport de ces matériels par voie maritime.
Les containers utilisés pour le transport des dites fournitures objets du marché, seront restitués après réception.
Le fournisseur demeure seul responsable, en cas de déperditions occasionnées par un défaut et/ou insuffisance de protection des emballages effectués.
Toute expédition au client doit faire l’objet d’un marquage, comprenant les indications suivantes :

At the time of shipment of the goods the supplier shall provide the client and the Transit Office Centre Principal des Approvisionnements Militaires d’Alger Algeria the documents listed here below :
- One set of commercial invoices (two (02) original invoices and seven ’07) copies)
- The packing list in two (02) copies
- Bill of Lading (One original and one copy)
- Certificate of origin
- Quality certificate
ARTICLE 09 PACKAGING AND MARKING
The goods shall be delivered to the client in a perfect state of use. The supplier undertakes to send these goods inside containers and inside appropriate packaging and secured for the carriage of the said goods by sea.
The containers used for the transport of the goods covered by this contract shall be returned after reception.
The supplier shall remain alone liable for loss or damage caused by absence or insufficient protection of the packaging provided.
Any shipment to the client shall have marking showing the following :
