Source text - German Allgemeine Baubeschreibung für Cadolto - Fertiggebäude
Fertiggebäude:
Cadolto - Fertiggebäude aus selbsttragenden, fertiginstallierten Raummodulen. Verwindungssteifer Stahlhochbau mit Innen- und Außenbeplankung bzw. Flächentragwerkkonstruktion. Allseitige Isolierung nach der gültigen Wärmeschutzverordnung. Schalldämmung und Statikwerte nach DIN. Null-Grad-Dach mit innen- oder außenliegender Entwässerung, Gefälledach als Alternative.
Bauliche Ausstattung:
Außenwandbekleidung: Standard = Putz. Alu, Beton, Holz, Fassadenplatten, Klinker etc. (der Einsatz aller gängigen Fassadenelemente ist als Alternative möglich).
Innenwandbekleidung: Glasgewebetapete. Keramikbeläge, Zierputz, Kunststoffbeläge usw. als Alternative.
Boden: Mehrschicht-Bodenaufbau mit Isolierung (Nassestrich als Alternative).
Belag: Kautschuk, PVC, Linoleum, Teppich, Fliesen und andere gängige Bodenbeläge nach Anforderung.
Dach: Null-Grad-Dach mit Mehrschicht-Dachaufbau, Isolierung und Attikaausbildung.
Dachbeschichtung: Dachfolie Alwitra-Evalon. Dachbekiesung und -begrünung ist möglich sowie der Aufsatz von Walm-, Sattel- oder Pultdachkonstruktionen.
Fundation / Anschlüsse:
Punkt- oder Streifenfundamente mit Perimeterdämmung und der Anschluss an das öffentliche Versorgungsnetz sind i.d.R. bauseitige Leistungen.
Größen:
Die Gebäude werden aus einzelnen Raummodulen zusammengesetzt, die bis 25 m lang, bis 6 m breit und bis 3 m (lichte Raumhöhe) hoch sein können. Größere Raummodule auf Anfrage. Wir garantieren absolute Rasterfreiheit. Raummodule können zur Einzelaufstellung oder zur Bildung beliebig großer Gebäude eingesetzt werden. Die Raummodule oder Gebäude sind jederzeit versetzbar, erweiterbar und teilbar.
Einsatz:
Für unterschiedlichste Einsatzgebiete in Medizin, Industrie, Handel, Kommunen. Beispiele nach Prospekt 36, 36K, 39, 39K. Einzelräume oder komplette Fertiggebäude in ein- oder ehrgeschossiger Bauweise.

Budynek prefabrykowany:
Budynek prefabrykowany Cadolto z samonośnych, zmontowanych na gotowo modułów przestrzennych. Odporna na skręcanie budowla wielokondygnacyjna z poszyciem wewnętrznym i zewnętrznym, względnie konstrukcja z dźwigarów powierzchniowych. Izolowana ze wszystkich stron zgodnie z obowiązującym rozporządzeniem dotyczącym izolacji cieplnych. Izolacja akustyczna oraz parametry statyki zgodne z normami DIN. Dach płaski z odwodnieniem wewnętrznym i zewnętrznym, jako alternatywa dach pochylony.
Wyposażenie budowlane:
Okładziny ścian zewnętrznych: standardowo = tynk. Aluminium, beton, drewno, płyty fasadowe, klinkier itp., (możliwe jest zastosowanie alternatywnie wszelkich powszechnie znanych elementów fasadowych).
Wyłożenie ścian wewnętrznych: tapeta z tkaniny szklanej. Okładziny ceramiczne, tynk ozdobny, okładziny z tworzyw sztucznych itp. jako alternatywa.
Posadzka: wielowarstwowa struktura posadzkowa z izolacją (posadzka bezspoinowa mokra jako alternatywa).
Wykładzina: kauczuk, PCW, linoleum, wykładzina dywanowa, płytki lub inne powszechne wykładziny podłogowe w zależności od potrzeb.
Dach: dach bezspadkowy o konstrukcji wielowarstwowej, izolacja i attyka.
Powłoka dachu: folia dachowa Alwitra-Evalon. Możliwe jest pokrycie dachu warstwą żwiru i zieleni jak również nadstawienie konstrukcji w postaci dachu cztero-, dwu- lub jednospadowego.
Fundamenty / przyłącza:
Fundamenty punktowe lub ciągłe z izolacją obwodową i przyłączeniem do publicznej sieci zasilającej są z reguły pracami wykonywanymi przez realizatora budowy.
Wielkości:
Budowle zestawiane są z pojedynczych modułów przestrzennych, o długości do 25 m,
szerokości do 6 m oraz wysokości do 3 m (wysokość pomieszczenia "w świetle"). Większe moduły na specjalne zapytanie. Gwarantujemy całkowitą dowolność tworzenia siatki modułów. Moduły przestrzenne mogą być zastosowane do ustawiania indywidualnego, bądź do tworzenia budowli o dowolnej wielkości. Moduły przestrzenne lub budowle mogą być w dowolnym momencie przemieszczane, rozbudowywane i dzielone.
Zastosowanie:
Do różnych obszarów zastosowań w medycynie, przemyśle, handlu, gminach. Przykłady zgodnie z prospektem 36, 36K, 39, 39K. Pojedyncze pomieszczenia lub kompletne budowle prefabrykowane w konstrukcji jedno- lub wielopiętrowej.

Source text - German 1 Funktionsbeschreibung
• Die Funktion „Verzahnungsmessung“ ist eine optionale Erweiterung des XXX - XXX Verzahnungsdialogs.
• Durch taktiles Messen mit einem horizontal angeordneten Messtaster in der Maschine können folgende Verzahnungsgrößen gemessen werden:
– Zahnweite
– Zweikugelmessung
– Zweirollenmessung
• Der ermittelte Messwert dient zur Korrektur der Werkzeugzustellung (Werkzeug-korrektur) und ersetzt das manuelle Messen der Verzahnung durch den Maschinenbediener.
• Optional kann die Verzahnungsmessung mit einer Prozessstabilisierung kombiniert werden. Dabei werden die ermittelten Messwerte für eine automatische Werkzeugkorrektur verwendet.
• Optional kann die Verzahnungsmessung mit einem Prozessanfahren kombiniert werden. Dabei wird nach einem Umrüsten das erste Werkstück mit Aufmaß gefertigt und anschließend gemessen. Nach einer ggf. notwendigen Werkzeugkorrektur wird das Werkstück auf das Fertigmaß gefräst und erneut gemessen. Die Anzahl der Einstell-Werkstücke kann somit reduziert werden.
Hinweis:
Die Verzahnungsmessung in der Werkzeugmaschine ersetzt keinen Prüfvorgang einer Messmaschine!

• Funkcja "Pomiar uzębienia" jest opcjonalnym rozszerzeniem dialogu uzębienia XXX - XXX.
• Poprzez dotykowy pomiar sondą umieszczoną poziomo w maszynie następujące można zmierzyć parametry uzębienia:
– szerokość zęba
– pomiar na dwie kulki
– pomiar na dwie rolki
• Uzyskana wartość zmierzona jest wykorzystywana do skorygowania dostawienia narzędzia (korekta narzędzia) i zastępuje ręczny pomiar uzębienia przez operatora maszyny.
• Pomiar uzębienia może być ewentualnie łączony ze stabilizacją procesu. Zmierzone wartości mogą być użyte do automatycznej korekcji narzędzia.
• Pomiar uzębienia może być ewentualnie łączony z rozruchem procesu. W tym przypadku po przezbrojeniu pierwszy obrabiany przedmiot jest wykonywany z naddatkiem, a następnie mierzony. Po ewentualnej koniecznej korekcji narzędzia obrabiany przedmiot jest frezowany do ostatecznych wymiarów i mierzony ponownie. Liczba detali ustawczych może być w ten sposób zmniejszona.
Wskazówka:
Pomiar uzębienia w obrabiarce nie zastępuje procedury kontrolnej dokonywanej przez maszynę pomiarową!

My educational and professional qualifications include a Master of Business
Administration degree in the field of management (study in Germany), a Diploma
of German as a Foreign Language awarded by the Ministry of Economy in Poland
(work as a consul between 2001-2005 in Cologne, Germany), and an German-to-
Polish translator certification issued by the Goethe Institute in Warsaw.
I have about 20 years of working experience in translation and interpretation between
German and Polish. My translation experience has included but is not limited to:
translation of technical documents such as manuals, technical norms, reports,
business correspondence and translation proofreading. With university education
and practical long term job experience (industry and diplomacy) on foreign
markets I combine specialist knowledge in the fields of business, economics and
engineering (industry) with extensive language skills.

Polish and vice versa (the jobs includes mostly performing translation of technical
documentation: current correspondence, operating manuals, contracts,
quotations, drawings etc. about 15.000 pages). .
