Graduated from Al-Mustansirya University,College of Arts,Translation Dep. with position of the Second Best among colleagues ,based on 16 years of experience in civil engineering and enormous number of contracts and projects of civil engineering and general contracts and appointed on the Teaching Staff in the same College,I was able to accomplish many translation projects,one of which I could be proud of is that of the Transparancy International organisation's great book"Tools to Support Transparancy in Local Governance".
