Credit Facilities Agreement
In consideration of _______ Bank (hereinafter called the "Bank" which expression shall mean and include its successors and assigns) of P. O. Box ________, granting or continuing to grant various credit facilities (the "Credit Facilities") to the undersigned _____ (hereinafter referred to as the "Borrower" which expression shall mean and include its heirs, successors, executors, administrators and assigns) from time to time, the undersigned hereby undertakes and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. The Borrower shall pay to the Bank on first demand all the sums due plus interest, expenses and any other charges which may be levied in accordance with the Bank's requirements and standing regulations in force from time to time.
The Bank has the option to claim settlement of all the Borrower's liabilities to the Bank and to modify or cancel the Credit Facilities granted to the Borrower at its discretion (and whether for breach of the terms and conditions hereof or otherwise) without any obligation to state reasons or justification for such measures by delivery of prior written notice to the Borrower. In the event of a claim for settlement of the Credit Facilities for reasons other than breach by the Borrower the Bank shall give at least thirty (30) days prior written notice.
The Borrower acknowledges that the Bank has the right to institute legal proceedings for recovery of the debt and that any legal costs, court fees and lawyers’ fees incurred shall be added to the Borrower's indebtedness.
Should the Borrower leaves the United Arab Emirates with the intention of taking up residence elsewhere, the Borrower undertakes to inform the Bank in advance and to repay any outstanding amounts, before departure

اتفاقية تسهيلات ائتمانية
نظير قيام البنك .......(المشار اليه في ما يلي بـ "بالبنك " و يشمل خلفائه والمتنازل له) وعنوانه صندوق البريد: ...... قدم و استمر في منح تسهيلات ائتمانية مختلفة ("التسهيلات الائتمانية") الى الموقع أدناه (المشار اليه في ما يلي "المقترض" و يشمل ورثته, و خلفائه, و اوصيائه, و مسؤولي تركته والمتنازل لهم) من وقت لآخر و يقر الموقع أدناه و يوافق علي البنود و الشروط التالية:-
1- يدفع المقترض عند أول طلب جميع المبالغ المستحقة بالإضافة إلى الفوائد و المصروفات الي البنك وأي رسوم أخرى يمكن أن تفرض وفقًا لمقتضيات البنك و اللوائح التنظيمية السارية من حين لأخر.
يحق للبنك المطالبة بتسوية جميع استحقاقات المقترض للبنك و تغيرها أو إلغاء التسهيلات الائتمانية الممنوحة له إذا تراءى له ذلك (وسواء كان ذلك بسبب مخالفة شروط وأحكام هذه الاتفاقية أو غير ذلك) دون أي إلزام منه بتوضيح الاسباب أو التبريرات لاتخاذ تلك الإجراءات وذلك بإخطار كتابي مسبق للمقترض.
في حالة المطالبة بتسوية التسهيلات الائتمانية لأسباب أخري غير خرق المقترض لبنود العقد يعطي البنك مده محدده علي الأقل شهر (ثلاثون يوما) لتقديم إخطار خطي مسبق.
يقر المقترض بأن البنك لديه الحق الكامل لاتخاذ أي إجراءات قانونية لاسترداد جميع الديون وأي تكلفه قانونيه أو رسوم قضائية أو اتعاب متكبدة للمحاميين تضاف إلى مديونات المقترض.
إذا ترك المقترض دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة بنية الإقامة في مكان آخر, يتعهد المقترض بإخطار البنك مسبقًا بذلك وبدفع المبالغ المستحقة قبل تركه البلاد
