Source text - English Bu çalışmada öğretmenlerin STEM’e yönelik tutumlarının belirlenmesi için bir ölçek geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Alan yazın incelemelerinde öğretmenlere yönelik geliştirilmiş Türkçe bir STEM tutum ölçeğine rastlanmamıştır. Geliştirilen ölçek 5’li Likert tipinde bir tutum ölçeğidir. Ölçek geliştirme aşamalarında sırasıyla, alan yazın taraması, madde yazımı ve yazılan maddeler için uzman görüşüne başvurulması adımları izlenmiştir. Bu aşamalardan sonra deneme formu oluşturulmuş ve 436 STEM alanı öğretmeni ile pilot uygulama gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ölçeğin faktör yapısını ortaya çıkarmak amacıyla SPSS 22 ve yapıyı doğrulamak amacıyla AMOS paket programlarından yararlanılmıştır. Ölçeğin faktör yapısının belirlenebilmesi için açımlayıcı faktör analizi, ortaya konan yapının sınanması amacıyla doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ve ölçek maddeleri için madde analizleri yapılmıştır. Analizler sonucunda 24 maddeden oluşan iki boyutlu bir ölçek elde edilmiştir.
Translation - Turkish In this study, it is aimed at developing a scale to determine teachers’ attitude towards STEM. In the literature, Turkish STEM attitude scale developed for teachers was not present. The developed scale was a 5-point Likert type attitude scale. During the scale development stages, the steps of literature review, writing of items and consulting expert opinion for related items have been followed. After these measures, a trial form was developed, and a pilot application conducted with 436 STEM field teachers. SPSS 22 has been used to expose scale factor structure and AMOS package programs have been used to validate the structure. Exploratory factor analysis was applied to assess the factor structure of the scale, confirmatory factor analysis is used to test the structure put forward, and item analysis was performed for scale items. A two-dimensional scale consisting of 24 items was generated as a consequence of the analysis.
