1.1 General information
This manual serves to provide you with the instructions and explanations you need to make the best possible use of your product. We suggest that you read it carefully before starting to use the appliance.
This manual is divided into 4 sections:
-General information: contains information for the specialized installer and end user. It contains information, technical data and important warnings to heed before installing and using the device.
-Installation: contains information exclusively intended for the specialized installer. Contains all the information required for positioning and mounting the product where it must be installed. The guarantee becomes void if installation is performed by nonspecialised personnel.
-Use and maintenance: it contains useful information for understanding the use and the most common maintenance interventions.
-Technical specifications: it contains all the detailed technical information on the device.
Installation mode
To ensure that the installation is correct and the equipment operates perfectly, follow carefully the indications in this manual. Failure to observe these indications could cause a machine malfunction and relieve the company of all warranty obligations or responsibility for any damage caused to persons, animals or property.
Installation
Prearrange:
-a space for the casing with a flat surface
-an access from the inspection cap cover surface
-a water drain in the vicinity
-a water supply in the vicinity
The heat recovery unit for waste water by X is a device that, through the exchange of heat between waste water and water feed from thermal generators or directly from the final mixer, recovers a significant amount of heat that would otherwise be dispersed into the environment.
Maintenance
The heat recovery unit has been designed so as to prevent any type of obstruction due to common dirt present in the water of the aqueduct and discharges of clean water throughout the years. However, in special cases, it should be accessed to remove any foreign bodies or great amount of dirt. For these situations, a cap for accessing it from the top has been designed. In case it is required:
-Close the water supply
-Remove the access cap loosening it with the specific tool
-Clean it using a brush
Once the cleaning has been completed
-Let the waste water flow to drain any residuals.
-Tighten the access cap
-Ensure that the cap hydraulic seal is efficient

Modalità d'installazione
Per garantire una corretta installazione e un perfetto funzionamento dell'apparecchio, seguire attentamente le indicazioni del presente manuale. La mancata osservazione di queste indicazioni, potrebbe causare un mal funzionamento dell'apparecchiatura e sollevare la ditta dagli obblighi di garanzia e dalla responsabilità per eventuali danni causati a persone, animali o cose.
Installazione
Predisporre:
- uno spazio per l'alloggiamento con una superficie piana
- un accesso dal piano di copertura al tappo di ispezione
- uno scarico di acqua nelle vicinanze
- un'alimentazione di acqua nelle vicinanze
Il recuperatore di calore per acque reflue di X è un dispositivo che, attraverso lo scambio di calore fra le acque di scarico e l'acqua di alimentazione dei generatori termici o direttamente dal miscelatore finale, recupera una notevole quantità di calore, che altrimenti andrebbe dispersa nell'ambiente.
Manutenzione
Il recuperatore di calore è stato progettato in modo da prevenire qualunque tipo di ostruzione dovuta al comune sporco presente nelle acque di acquedotto e negli scarichi di acque bianche che si accumula nel corso del tempo. Tuttavia, in situazioni particolari, potrebbe essere necessario accedervi per rimuovere eventuali corpi estranei o grandi quantità di sporco. Per questi casi è stato previsto un tappo di accesso sulla parte superiore. Qualora si rendesse necessario:
- Chiudere l'alimentazione dell'acqua
- Rimuovere il tappo di accesso, svitandolo con l'apposito utensile
- Pulire utilizzando uno scovolino
Una volta terminata la pulizia
- Fare defluire l'acqua di scarico per drenare eventuali residui.
- Riavvitare il tappo di accesso
- Assicurarsi della perfetta tenuta idraulica del tappo
