Investor Relations Management
Based on the best global practices in the management of the relationship with the shareholders , and an emphasis on Sanad's keenness to be at the forefront of companies that apply the principles of governance, transparency and accountability, the company created an investors relations unit within the functions of institutional communication to regulate and facilitate the relationship with its shareholders, and to adjust the requirements for listing the company and trading its shares in Palestine Stock Exchange.
The Investor Relations Unit also manages relations with supervisors such as the Palestinian Capital Market Authority and the Palestine Stock Exchange and is keen to comply with all mandatory legal and guidance requirements that controlled by virtue of the listing regulations and the applicable disclosure in the financial market in Palestine. This is in addition to dealing with all brokerage companies members of Palestine Stock Exchange and responds to their inquiries in order to serve the shareholders.
