Source text - English In the context of the procedure provided for in Article 234 EC, it is not for the Court, given the allocation of functions between itself and the national courts, to determine whether the decision to refer has been taken in accordance with the rules of national law governing the organisation of courts and their procedure.
In the context of the cooperation between the Court and the national courts provided for by Article 234 EC, it is solely for the national court, before which the dispute has been brought and which must assume responsibility for the subsequent judicial decision, to determine in the light of the particular circumstances of the case both the need for a preliminary ruling in order to enable it to deliver judgment and the relevance of the questions which it submits to the Court.
Consequently, where the questions submitted for a preliminary ruling concern the interpretation of Community law, the Court is, in principle, bound to give a ruling.
The scope of Directive 79/7/CEE on the progressive implementation of the principle of equal treatment for men and women in matters of social security cannot thus be confined simply to discrimination based on the fact that a person is of one or other sex.
In view of its purpose and the nature of the rights which it seeks to safeguard, the scope of that directive is also such as to apply to discrimination arising from the gender reassignment of the person concerned (see, as regards Council Directive 76/207/EEC of 9 February 1976 on the implementation of the principle of equal treatment for men and women as regards access to employment, vocational training and promotion, and working conditions.
Translation - Hungarian Tekintettel a Bíróság és a nemzeti bíróságok közötti feladatmegosztásra, az EK 234. cikke által előírt eljárás szerint nem a Bíróság hatásköre annak meghatározása, hogy a továbbutalásról szóló határozatot a bíróságok szervezeti felépítésére és eljárásaira vonatkozó nemzeti jogszabályoknak megfelelően hozták-e meg.
A Bíróság és a nemzeti bíróságok közötti, az EK 234. cikke által előírt együttműködés keretében kizárólag azon nemzeti bíróság hatáskörébe tartozik az ügy sajátos körülményeinek fényében meghatározni mind az előzetes döntés meghozatalának szükségességét – annak érdekében, hogy ítéletet tudjon hozni –, mind a Bíróság elé terjesztett kérdések relevanciáját, amely elé a jogvitát terjesztették, és amelynek később meg kell hoznia a bírósági határozatot.

A férfiak és a nők közötti egyenlő bánásmód elvének a szociális biztonság területén történő fokozatos megvalósításáról szóló 79/7/EGK irányelv hatálya ezért nem korlátozódhat pusztán a nemi alapú hátrányos megkülönböztetésre.
Tekintettel ezen irányelv céljára és az általa megóvni kívánt jogok jellegére, annak hatálya kiterjed az érintett személy nemének átalakításából fakadó hátrányos megkülönböztetésre is (lásd férfiak és a nők közötti egyenlő bánásmód elvének a munkavállalás, a szakképzés, az előmenetel és a munkakörülmények terén történő végrehajtásáról szóló 1976. február 9-i 76/207/EGK tanácsi irányelv tekintetében).

Inventories increased and there was strong pressure on prices.
Producer prices fell substantially in some parts of the world.
In the financial year 2016, sales growth was influenced by the general development of the dairy industry in both the international and German market.
Sales revenues have declined by 5.5% to €1,360.9 million in the reporting year (previous year €1,440.3 million).
The price trend for dairy products came under pressure during the reporting year, which is the primary factor behind the decline in sales.
Equity capital increased to €171.7 million following a new issue of profit sharing certificates.
With €53.7 million, EBITDA are slightly above the level of the previous year.
