I am a professional English/Arabic translator and subtitler with over 7 years of experience on several freelancing websites such as Upwork (previously Odesk) and freelancer.com. I have previous track record in translation in several domains such as business, technical/engineering translation, user manuals, medical, finance, literature translation. I also have experience in translating software interfaces in XML, in addition to having working experience with SDL Trados which I use for larger translation projects. I also use Subtitle Workshop for subtitling videos.
My standard rates are as per the below:
- Translation: USD 0.08 /Word (USD24 /Hour).
- Proofreading: USD 0.06 /Word (USD18 /Hour).
- Video Subtitling: $11.2 /minute of video.
Also various payment methods are provided for maximum flexibility.
I can provide up to 3-4 hours/day during the week (Sunday to Thursday), and 4-5 hours/day during weekends (Fri & Sat).
