I have extensive experience with all the major CAT tools. I generally use TRADOS and MemoQ. Aside from my personal TM, I use a variety of glossaries, style and usage reference guides and dictionaries specific to each subject matter. I also use public-domain TMs. I am subscribed to a number of specialised magazines and journals in my subject matter, and have built up a collection of subject-specific glossaries.
