Κληρονομικές αλλαγές σε αρκετά άλλα γονίδια, μεταξύ των οποίων Cdh1 , STK11 , και ΤΡ53 , έχει βρεθεί ότι αυξάνουν τον κίνδυνο ανάπτυξης καρκίνου του μαστού. Μεταλλάξεις σε αυτά τα γονίδια προκαλούν σύνδρομα που αυξάνουν σημαντικά την πιθανότητα ανάπτυξης διαφόρων τύπων καρκίνου στη διάρκεια ζωής ενός ατόμου. Μερικά από αυτά τα σύνδρομα περιλαμβάνουν επίσης και άλλα σημεία και συμπτώματα, όπως η ανάπτυξη καλοηθών όγκων.

Hereditary changes in several other genes, including Cdh1, STK11, and TR53, have been found to increase the risk of breast cancer development. Mutations in these genes cause syndromes which considerably increase the likelihood of development of different types of cancer during a person's lifetime. Some of these syndromes also include other signs and symptoms, such as development of benign tumors.
A study shows that hereditary variations of the ATM, Bard1, BRIP1, CHEK2 , NBN , PALB2 , RAD50 and RAD51 gene, as well as some versions of the AR gene, may also be associated with the risk of breast cancer. However, all these studies have not shown the connections of these genes.
Somatic mutations have also been detected in breast tumors. For example, somatic mutations in ΕΚΒΒ2 (also called Her-2 / neu ), DIRAS3 and TP53 genes have been associated with some cases of breast cancer.
Most cases of breast cancer are not hereditary. These cancers are linked to genetic changes that occur only in cells of breast cancer (somatic mutations), and appear during a person's life.
In hereditary breast cancer, the manner in which the cancer will be inherited is a characteristic that depends only on the gene. In other cases, the risk of inheritance of breast cancer is not clear. It is important to note that people inherit an increased risk of cancer, not the illness itself. Not all people who inherit mutations in these genes will develop cancer.

Πώς θα σας φαινόταν αν τοποθετούσατε το «έξυπνο κινητό» σας σε μία θήκη, φτιαγμένη από…φύκια; Ή αν περπατούσατε το καλοκαίρι στα σοκάκια των ελληνικών νησιών φορώντας σανδάλια, κατασκευασμένα από…νεκρά φύκια που ξεβράστηκαν στις ακτές;
Μπορεί να ακούγεται τρελό αλλά είναι πέρα για πέρα αληθινό, αφού πρόκειται για τα προϊόντα της νεοσύστατης εταιρείας PHEE. Το μυαλό πίσω από αυτή την καινοτόμα – παγκοσμίως – επιχειρηματική ιδέα είναι ένας 23χρονος σήμερα τελειόφοιτος φοιτητής του τμήματος Χρηματοοικονομικής και Τραπεζικής Διοικητικής στο Πανεπιστήμιο Πειραιά.
Πριν από τρία χρόνια, ο Σταύρος Τσομπανίδης, θέλοντας να μπει στον κόσμο του επιχειρείν, αποφάσισε να ασχοληθεί με τα νεκρά φύκια που ξεβράζονται στις παραλίες. Κάνοντας έρευνα διαπίστωσε πως σε κάθε παράκτιο δήμο της χώρας μας ξεβράζονται ετησίως κατά μέσο όρο 200 – 250 τόνοι φυκιών Posidonia oceanica. Ποσότητες, τις οποίες οι δημοτικές αρχές πρέπει να καθαρίζουν και σε ποσοστό περίπου 70% να τις θάβουν στους ΧΥΤΑ.
Εδώ και ενάμιση χρόνο, μαζί με τον μηχανολόγο - αεροναυπηγό Νικόλαο Αθανασόπουλο έχουν ιδρύσει την PHEE, η οποία δραστηριοποιείται στην ευρύτερη περιοχή της Αχαΐας. Στη μικρή μονάδα παραγωγής που έχουν φτιάξει επεξεργάζονται με απόλυτα φιλικό προς το περιβάλλον τρόπο τα φύκια και κατασκευάζουν φυσικές επιφάνειες (πάνελ), το PHEE board, το οποίο προστατεύεται από δίπλωμα ευρεσιτεχνίας σε ευρωπαϊκές και αμερικανικές χώρες. Αυτό αποτελεί και την πρώτη ύλη για την παραγωγή προϊόντων και αξεσουάρ. Πρώτο προϊόν της εταιρείας; Η μοναδική παγκοσμίως θήκη για κινητά, φτιαγμένη από…φύκια.

How would you feel about placing your smartphone in a case made of... seaweeds? Or if in the summer you strolled in the alleys of the Greek islands wearing sandals made of... dead seaweeds that were washed up on the coasts?
It may sound crazy but it's absolutely true, as such are the products of the newly found company, PHEE. The brains behind this innovative business idea, on a worldwide level, is a 23-year-old today graduate of the department of Banking and Financial Management of the University of Piraeus.
Three years ago, Stavros Tsompanidis, wanting to get into the business world, decided to work with dead seaweeds that are washed up on the beaches. By conducting research, he discovered that in each coastal municipality of the country, an average of 200-250 tonnes of Posidonia oceanica seaweeds is washed up annually. This volume has to be cleaned by the municipal authorities and approximately 70% has to the buried in the sanitary landfills.
A year and a half ago, together with the engineer - aeronaut Nikolaos Athanasopoulos, they found PHEE, which operates in the region of Achaia. In the small production unit that they have created, they process the seaweeds in a completely environmentally friendly manner and they make natural surfaces (panels) - the PHEE board, which is protected by a patent in European and American countries. This is also the raw material for the production of products and accessories. The company's first product? The worldwide unique phone case, made of... seaweeds.

Since no objection was raised with regards to the list of shareholders and none of the shareholders objects to its realisation and the adoption of decisions, the interim chairman declares the General Meeting in full quorum since all (100%) of the fully paid-up capital is present and the definitive company board is elected unanimously and consists of Mr. ... as Chairman and Ms. ... as Secretary and Τeller.
