My native languages are Spanish and Catalan and I can tranlate from and into English, Italian and French.
I can interpret from English into Catalan and Spanish.
I can also translate from Russian into English, Spanish, Catalan, Italian and French.

I graduated with a BA in Translation and Interpreting at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (Spain)and with a BA Russian at the University of London (UK).
I also studied a diploma in European and International Studies at the University of London.
I have followed a 5-month Russian course in Moscow with a bursary granted by the Spanish government.

Work experience in Translation and Interpreting:

I am currently working for WordExpress Worldwide Language Services, a US based translation company in Los Angeles.

I was a free-lance translator for the II World Social Forum.

I translated, within a team of translators, the documents for the 22nd European Conference for the Support of the Saharawi People, held in Sabadell (Barcelona) in 1996.

I was a simultaneous interpreter for the Erasmus students at the Autonomous University of Barcelona.

Work experience in other fields:

I worked as a Spanish teacher for the Cervantes Institute in Moscow. This institution is the official organism of the Spanish Government to teach Spanish as a foreign language worldwide.

I have been a tour director in France for the tour operator Cosmos&Globus Travel Services during the seasons of 2001 and 2002.
