There are two types of cards—credit cards and charge cards. Credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard allow the consumer to pay a monthly minimum on their purchases with an interest charge on the unpaid balance. Charge cards, such as American Express, require the consumer to pay for all purchases at the end of the billing period.

Meanwhile, Bank of America's have declined over the past 30 days and the past seven days (the same is true of another Dow financial, JPMorgan Chase (NYSE: JPM)). If GE meets or exceeds those estimates -- for the right reasons (watch the top line) -- it could indicate that economic activity is holding up better than expected.

По завершению монтажных работ монтажными организациями должны быть выполнены испытания:
- смонтированного оборудования (индивидуальные испытания) с составлением акта;
- систем отопления, теплоснабжения, внутреннего холодного и горячего водоснабжения и котельных гидростатическим или манометрическим методом с составлением актов;
- систем внутренней канализации и водостоков с составлением актов;
- систем отопления на равномерный прогрев отопительных приборов.
Испытания следует производить с соблюдением требований СНиП 3.05.01-85.
Испытания должны производиться до начала отделочных работ

Depuis la fin des années 1980, la Suisse a donc mené une vaste entreprise politique et législative, d’abord pour créer (avec des normes pénales), puis pour améliorer (par des dispositions administratives) son dispositif de contrôle anti-blanchiment. Elle l’a fait aussi bien à la suite d’une prise de conscience interne du problème (image de la place financière suisse) que sous la pression internationale (notamment des USA, du GAFI ou de l’OCDE).
A la suite d’un long travail de négociations et de difficile façonnement du dispositif anti-blanchiment, le Gouvernement (Conseil fédéral) et le Parlement fédéral, suite à un constant travail de lobbying des grandes associations d’intérêts économiques, bancaires et financiers, ont finalement accordé la priorité à l’auto-régulation privée: - il appartient donc d’abord (1ère étape) aux acteurs économiques concernés, les intermédiaires financiers, de s’organiser afin de répondre aux devoirs de vigilance qui leur sont imposés par la LBA (cf. plus loin); - le contrôle étatique n’intervient pas en premier lieu, mais seulement lorsque les organismes de surveillance privés ou internes à un secteur d’activités saisissent les autorités administratives (2ème étape), en exerçant leur devoir de communication et en leur faisant part de leurs «soupçons fondés de blanchiment»; - il appartient ensuite à ces instances administratives – surtout le MROS–, d’examiner les communications reçues (3ème étape), - puis éventuellement de
renvoyer aux autorités judiciaires pénales les cas qui leur semblent justifier une enquête pénale (4ème étape).

Прежде всего, затрагиваемым экономическим субъектам, финансовым посредникам следует организовать свою работу, прежде чем приступать к обязанностям по бдительному контролю, которые на них возложены LBA (см. далее) (первый этап); - государственный контроль не выходит на первое место, только если частные или находящиеся внутри бизнес-сегмента органы надзора затрагивают административные органы (2-ой этап), выполняя свои обязанности по сбору информации и высказывая «обоснованные подозрения в отмывании денег»; - затем эти административные органы, а особенно Комитет по борьбе с отмыванием денег, должны изучить полученные данные (3-ий этап), после чего немедленно отправить в судебные органы те случаи, которые, по их мнению, требуют расследования уголовного правонарушения (4-ый этап).
