9. Další zadávací podmínky
•Součástí nabídky musí být návrh smlouvy opatřený razítkem a podepsaný
oprávněnou osobou uchazeče (uchazeč doloží oprávnění výpisem
z obchodního rejstříku nebo plnou mocí.)
•Návrh smlouvy musí také obsahovat platební podmínky fakturací se splatností
30 dnů.
•Zadavatel si vyhrazuje právo změnit nebo doplnit zadávací podmínky, zrušit
soutěž bez udání důvodu, odmítnout všechny předložené nabídky uchazečů,
o jednotlivých bodech smlouvy jednat a upřesnit jejich konečné znění.
•Náklady související s účastí v soutěži nese uchazeč.
•Uchazeč je svou nabídkou vázán po dobu 60 dní od uplynutí lhůty pro podání
nabídek.
•Částečné plnění ani variantní řešení zadavatel nepřipouští.

• Draft of the contract must also include payment terms with a maturity of billing of 30 days.
• The sponsor reserves the right to vary or add contract specifications, cancel the competition without giving any reason, reject all offers submitted by the candidates, negotiate various points of the contract, and finalize them.
• Costs associated with participation will be covered by the candidate.
