Hi Prakaash, I would love to share some of my experience with you, but I am sure that court requirements for interpreters differ from one country to another. For example, during a trial an interpreter is allowed to interpret between the attorney and his client, outside the court, only if he is instructed by the judge to do so. In a court setting the interpreter uses the consecutive mode during testimony and simultaneous when the parties (prosecutor, defense attorney or judge)...
