hazard tree marking/tagging/mapping Explanation: I am not completely sure about this - I think they are referring to the marking/mapping of trees along power line strips that have rot damage and could fall. This is definitely something that forest inspectors do. The trees posing the threat are "edge trees" but the term does not always seem to be used in English.
