INFORMO:
Que la Tesis anteriormente señalada ha sido merecedora de la Mención de "Cum Laude"."

Es geht mir um den Begriff acta de concesión de mención. Gibt es eine deutsche Entsprechung? Kann mir da jemand einen Tipp geben? Bislang war meine Recherche erfolglos...

Da hast du eine erste Möglichkeit. „Cum laude“ steht kurz für „summa cum laude“, „mit Auszeichnung“ auf deutsch, das heisst, das höchste Prädikat, das sowohl in Spanien als auch in Deutschland akademisch erreicht werden kiann. Mach dir keine Gedanken mit „acta de concesión de mención“, man muss vereinfachen, dies bedeutet einfach „Akte zur Vergabe“.

Bei übereinstimmendem Votum der Gutachterinnen und Gutachter kann für eine hervorragende Dissertation das Prädikat "summa cum laude = 0" (mit Auszeichnung) vergeben werden.
