danach folgt:

Ich hoffe jemand kann mir weiterhelfen, ich muss die Übersetzung bis Montag abgeben...

Me parece que así tendría sentido. "aut" es en todo caso "autorizado/a", y existen "oficios de firmas autorizadas". RC sería Registro Civil, creo yo. Ojalá te sirva...

Laut Becher ist "oficio" in Mexiko auch "Behörde". Also, denke ich, wurde die Unterschrift vom Standesamt/Standesregister zugelassen
