Biscuit tendre au sirop de sucre roux Explanation: Le sucre "moscovado" est un type de sucre roux non raffiné, importé du Brésil. Quant au bizcocho humedo, je pense que c'est un biscuit de Savoie ou une sorte de génoise imbibée d'un liquide (le sirop, dans ce cas) afin d'être "spongieux".
