CONTEXT:

Las partes declaran que todas las obligaciones contenidas en este Memorándum de Entendimiento, _obligan_ a las partes y a sus cesionarios, comuneros o sucesores _a cualquier título_ de las comparecientes, ya sea que tal calidad la adquieran por disolución, quiebra, fusión, división, terminación o bajo cualquier otra forma.


I am at sea as to what this means...that the Memorandum of Understanding means that the parties acquire all rights to each other's assets?

My attempt is totally literal:

The parties hereby declare that all the obligations stipulated in this Memorandum of Understanding oblige the parties and their assigns, co-owners or successors to any title of the appearing parties, whether such capacity is acquired due to dissolution, bankruptcy, division, termination or through any other form of action whatsoever.

Your help is most appreciated.

I believe these two queries are unrelated, i.e., it's "sus cesionarios etc. ... de los comparecientes".
Spanish often uses both the possessive pronoun ("sus") and the possessor ("los comparecientes") to avoid ambiguity (ironically).

So you have:
"the obligations contained in this Memorandum of Understanding are binding on the parties, as well as the [appearing] parties' assigns, community members or successors under whatever title [those capacities have been granted]"

I don't know whether I've explained that well enough, if not, please let me know and I'll try again.

Perhaps I'll just translate the whole phrase:

"The parties represent that all the obligations contained in this Memorandum of Understanding are binding on the parties, as well as the [appearing] parties' assigns, community members or successors under whatever title those capacities may have been acquired, be it dissolution, bankruptcy, merger, divestment, termination or any other means."

As Robin suggests, there are perhaps clearer wordings you could use. I would also suggest "however" as a possible translation of "a cualquier título," like this:
"...successors, however those capacities may have been acquired, be it..."
