Resulta fundamental que la compañía actualice las garantías constituidas con anterioridad al xx del corriente, a fin de garantizar la concreción de la operación en los plazos estimados en el informe anterior.

De esta manera, una vez completada la actualización de la información requerida, no quedarían obstáculos legales para la elevación del proyecto de Decisión Administrativa por parte del Ministro de xx para su firma y posterior publicación en el Boletín Oficial.

La importancia de este trámite radica en el criterio sostenido por la Dirección General de Asuntos Jurídicos del mencionado organismo respecto de la actualización de la evaluación económico - financiero de la compañía, que no se considera actualizada completamente sin la renovada constitución de la garantía solicitada.
