salary tables Explanation: I think it is not correct to say “minimum guaranteed” or “basic” unless the following: The “salario bruto” is more than the basic. “Salario bruto” is what the worker really earns for his work, but he has to pay a portion of his salary (a big one) to the government, syndicate, etc. what it´s left of the salary is called the “Salario neto”, “basic” or “minimum guaranteed” I think , it is what he has free of taxes. What it says in the agreement it is not the basic salary or the minimum wage, it is “salario bruto” it is not the same I belive. It says the worker will receive the payment of each month plus what the company (or he) paid to the government, syndicate, etc. It is a lot more money than the basic or minimum of 15 months. So, unless in the country of the target language what you can call basic salary includes a portion which you have to pay to the government, syndicate, health care, etc, it is not correct to say “basic” o “minimum guaranteed” I think salary tables it´s right.
