match the words, sentences, etc.

That's what it says in most English books.

Thank you very much, Lisa!!
agree MinnieHuyang : Would be even better if "with arrows" is added for adherence to the original text.

neutral Carol Chaparro : This is fine as long as we are truly talking about words or sentences, but since the asker does not specify, I would tend to agree with Jack_Speak. :-)

That's why I wrote ETC, which stands for et cetera. That is, it could be words, sentences or anything else.
agree Carol Gullidge : with "match", and of course it could be anything, eg, images

agree Carol Chaparro : I think that since the asker does not specify what is being linked, this would be the only logical answer. :-)

neutral Victoria Porter-Burns : This is certainly the best way to describe the exercise but I don't think it would be very good as a title, which is what the Asker says it is.

Yes, but these exercises don't usually have titles in English. They typically have directions/instructions, as in the examples I cited.

join/connect with arrows

Not too sure what this is all about. Seeing this term in a full sentence would have helped. Even so, I believe this is correct.
Peer comment(s):

agree Victoria Porter-Burns : 'connect' I prefer

Thanks, Victoria
agree Nelida Kreer : Since it's a title, I would go for the English way of saying it: "Connecting with arrows".

Thanks, Niki
neutral Denise Nahigian : Even though "flechas" means arrows, we usually connect with lines.
