hier wurde die Übersetzung von "tale istituto" gefragt und nicht mehr; m. E. versteht der Autor die "excezzione di inadempimento" (=Einrede der Nichterfüllung") als eine juristische Einrichtung

Asker: Was für eine Einrichtung denn? Wen oder was meinen die denn und auf was beziehen sie sich? Im Wörterbuch nachgucken kann ich auch- das hilft ja eben hier nicht weiter...

Asker: O.k., das ist der Bezug, danke! Google aber mal, was eine "juristische Einrichtung" ist, dann siehst du, dass das auf keine Fall die Lösung sein kann....
