haricots "al fiasco" Explanation: Je laisserais le terme italien en expliquant de quoi il s'agit, à savoir que les haricots sont placés dans un "fiasco" (une bouteille de vin à qui on a retiré le revêtement en paille) qui lui est placé directement sur les braises.
