A munkához jutás problémáját jelzi, hogy a munkanélkülieknek csak egy töredéke kap rövid idő alatt állást. Ezzel szemben az egy évnél hosszabb ideig állást keresők aránya 22 százalék felett van. Ez azt mutatja, hogy nálunk nem működik az a „váltógazdálkodás”, ami a piacgazdaságok sajátjaként van elkönyvelve, miszerint a munkanélküliség átmeneti állapot, vagyis a munkanélküliek viszonylag gyorsan újra álláshoz juthatnak.

Itt nem igazán "váltógazdálkodásról" van szó, hanem foglalkoztatott vagy nem foglalkoztatotti állapot "váltakozásáról", ezért a "variation" szerintem jobb lenne itt. A csak "shift" is jobban megállja a helyét, mint a "shift system", a nagyszótár szerint.

nem lehet, hogy leiterjakab? mert van valami alternate employment az angolban, amit szoktak az elbocsátásokkal kapcsolatban emlegetni, de bevallom, hogy nem igazán tudom, mi az. Viszont nem az első eset lenne, hogy valamit rosszul veszünk át, aztán még ideológiát is csinálunk hozzá.

Ha a gazdaságnak kell magától felszívnia a fölös munkaerőt, akkor ez szóba se jöhet, ha szervezkedés van mögötte (pl. nem bocsátják el a munkaerőt, ha a házastársa már munkanélküli, hanem legfeljebb adnak neki más beosztást), akkor csak Magyarországon nem jöhet szóba.
