These words play just an ornamental role here in this song...expressing the joyful state of the singer. The words have been used for their musical/rhythmic qualities too, and not for literal meanings. Nevertheless, let me explain some meanings: mast=> drunken, intoxicated, in a wonderful state -am => suffix added to mean "I am" dar => in (but it has no literal meaning here) rind => libertine, vagabond, drunkard etc. vind => is just for euphony after 'rind', as we say dil-vil, pyar-vyar.
