Adoptionsurkunde Explanation: Was anders gibt es nicht, meines Wissens. Die Vermittlungsurkunde ist etwas anderes. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 41 mins (2004-02-11 15:32:54 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Es gibt keine Übergabeurkunde. Wenn die Adoptionsurkunde ausgestellt ist, dann ist meistens das Kind bereits übergeben. Ich bin mir natürlich nicht hundertprozentig sicher, was Deutschland betrifft, bin aber ganz sicher, was England, Irland und einige lateinamerikanische Staaten betrifft. Es gibt zwar eine sogenannte *placement* Urkunde, die wird aber vor der Adoptionsurkunde meistens ausgestellt. |
