Nuevamente me dirijo a vosotros para preguntaros cómo traduciríais vosotros la siguiente dirección alemana:

xxxxx Berlin"

Me imagino que lo de "Einsteinufer" no se debe traducir, pues es un nombre propio, pero ¿y lo del Obergeschoss (OG)? ¿Debería especificar en español que el señor vive en el piso superior/ de arriba/ en la planta alta? Yo pondría:
Herr Xxxx
Einsteinufer 43-53, 1º (o 1er piso)???

Explanation:
Si cuentas así: Planta baja, Piso 1, Piso 2 (así cuentan en Venezuela... en España ???)
No sé cómo lo cuentan en Alemania, pero aquí en Austria tenemos: Erdgeschoß (o también: Parterre), 1. Stock (1. OG), 2. Stock....
En viejos edificios vieneses hay hasta un llamado "Mezzanin" entre Erdgeschoß y 1. Stock ;-)
