magari un po' di contesto in più non sarebbe stato male...
di solito, il diamante viene utilizzato sotto forma di polvere (che deriva dagli scarti del taglio, e per questo non ha costi elevatissimi) e viene "appiccicato" su punte (o fogli) ed utilizzato come abrasivo
