fittings and fixtures Explanation: You might want to put in "permanent" fittings and fixtures, since I think they are referring to installations that can't be removed, like light fittings or built-in closets, bookshelves etc..... Fixtures and fittings (Installations) Explanation: Basically, the tenant is prevented from undertaking changes to: 1) The physical building (e.g. walls floors etc.) = Umbauten; 2) The fixtures and fittings (e.g. built-in wardrobes, door handles, bathroom towel rails, fitted soap dispensers, kitchen cabinets etc.) = Einbauten; and 3) Installations (e.g. plumbing, central heating, electrical installations) = Installationen. So for Einbauten and Installations you could say fixtures and fittings and installations. |
