German term or phrase: überstreichbar
"ABC (Kartusche)

Plasto-elastische Dichtmasse für Anschlußfugen und Risse. Überstreichbar. Temperaturbeständigkeit: -25" C bis +80*C."

From a little brochure for various technical products. I can't find a translation for "überstreichbar" anywhere, even though I can find it for "überstreichen" and the word "überstreichbar" gets thousands upon thousands of search engine hits. Is it something like spreadable? Coatable? Smearable even? TIA for your help.
