Russ, if you mean the so called 'guaranteed' agreement, then you need the 'backed agreement'. However, if you mean the so called agreement on guarantee, then it may be as follow:
1. letter of credit (i.e. "sabanko garantia"), when an agreement is entered between two parties, but a bank acts as the guarantor;
