C'est ce je crois aussi, mais comme ils avaient déjà utilisé le mot "profil" dans la même phrase je voulais voir ce qu'en pensent les collègues

C'est-à-dire ici "new shapes" pourraient être par exemple "configurations" ou "modèles", créés sur demande selon la forme du patient (poids, pression artérielle, volémie, qui peuvent varier rapidement pour un même patient) permettant ainsi de régler au mieux le générateur et les différents taux ... Un profil de patient pourrait alors disposer de plusieurs modèles de configuration. Ex: Profil patient A (modèle 1/modèle 2) , profil patient B (modèle 3) Pour pouvoir mieux adapter le traitement au patient et non l'inverse.
