基本的には balius さんに賛成なのですが、用語の選択について意見を異にしますので、ポストします。
the resupply: ウェブサイトの利用者が得られるものが、商品やサービスの場合なら“供給”、“再供給”という日本語でかまわないと思いますが、得られるものは情報だけというウェブサイトもあります。 “情報の供給”とはあまり言わないので、情報・商品・サービスを含めて使えるように、“提供”、“再提供”とした方が良いと思います。

提供、あるいは再提供するものをはっきりと限定せず、全てをひっくるめたのがこの英文です。 サービスと言ってしまうと、原文の意味するところと違ってしまいますので、日本語でも“内容物”としたほうが良いと思います。

基本的には他の回答者さまと同じ発想ですが、このウェブサイトで提供されているものが何なのか背景がわからないのでその点何ともいえないということを踏まえたうえで、“material”については提供されているものを全部ひっくるめて”素材”ということはできませんか？
”resupplying”もしっくりくる言葉を探すには背景の情報を知ることが必要ですが、Oikawaさんの言われる「再提供」で十分の文脈のようです。ただ対象によっては「再発行」などともいえるかもしれません。
”cost”はそのまま「費用」ということでは？
